What is disease?

Physical disease cannot come without mental, emotional, or spiritual disharmony. It is as impossible as physical disease growing within one who is spiritually, emotionally and mentally at ease.
Take time to know and correct yourself. Be honest with yourself and you will find that as soon as you make the necessary changes your disease will stop living and your “ease” will be born again.
